Innovation

We highly value innovation and research & development, which have been deeply rooted in our corporate culture since our foundation.

• We regularly work on projects that are so innovative that we invest up to two years of research to achieve valid results. Since 2020, four of our research projects have already been deemed eligible for funding by the Research Allowance Certification Office (BSFZ) and awarded the seal of approval for in-house research and development. • We also work on innovative topics as part of (university) theses:
  
  
  • Since 2018, we have been exploring the field of machine learning.
     
• Since 2024, we have been continuously exploring the question: How can the architecture of RAG systems be improved?

• Since January 2026, we have been using a large test suite to investigate the behavior of over 40 language models and the quality of their responses depending on:
  
  
  • different chunking methods
  • different CPUs and GPUs
  • different prompts on the same topic
