parsQube’s official award for research and development
parsQube GmbH has received the Research and Development Seal from the Research Allowance Certification Office (BSFZ) for the fourth year running. This seal recognises companies that carry out research and development (R&D, i.e. "FuE" in German) entirely or partly in-house, or that use their innovation network to outsource their research and development entirely.
The basis for the R&D seal is the German Act on Tax Incentives for Research and Development (Research Allowance Act), which came into force in 2020. Since then, the BSFZ has been assessing whether research projects submitted by companies constitute eligible research and development activities within the meaning of the Research Allowance Act. The BSFZ is subject to technical and legal supervision by the Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space.
Since the Act came into force, we have already submitted four research projects to the BSFZ, all of which have been awarded the seal for in-house research and development:
- DigiSchool – Digitalisation platform for schools (project duration: 01.01.2020 to 31.12.2021)
- Digital time series manager for predictive maintenance management (project duration: 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2023)
- Digital Case Assurance – Digitalised insurance cases (project duration: 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2025)
- StrucRAG – Methodical framework for measuring and reducing information loss in structured RAG pipelines (project duration: 05.01.2026 to 22.12.2027)
