Tim-Philipp Weber, based in Karlsruhe, works as a systemic coach, organisational developer and consultant. He supports individuals and organisations through coaching, change management, project management (traditional and agile), as well as organisational and team development.

Tim has already been involved in two major transformation projects (Roche and Volocopter), working closely with Mehrschad Zaeri. In addition to our professional collaboration, we are connected by a personal friendship, a shared love of basketball, and the systemic training we received at the isb GmbH in Wiesloch.
